The cemeteries here aren't taken care of very well. It was actually quite eery walking around the cemetery when I took these pictures. Everything seemed so run down.......quite depressing. Not to mention how many died at such young ages.

A stroll

The plan for this weekend was to go out for a hike so I could take some pictures....however!  The rain came and when it rains here we stay indoors!  So instead, I will share one of my most favorite pictures ever, this is my oldest and her best friend strolling along the California Poppies in the spring, this was taken last year but I love this picture so much that I wanted to post it!

Winter in the Valley

This year we have had a very mild winter, in fact, we've had three straight weeks of warm weather, today the first storm of the year is rolling in.  It doesn't look very threatening thou!

This Winter has been pretty harsh. The snow came at the beginning

of November and will stick around probably until the end of March!

This Winter makes me wish I lived in the valley!

Resolution 2012

I need to, no I mean I have to loose weight.  At 43 I am 30 pounds over weight and I have to loose weight!!!!!! So far, week 1, I have lost 4 pounds.
